Like the title says, we need somebody to take our apartment for the end of the month. It's a 2 bedroom upper flat on North Street, just a couple of blocks down from Gus' Pub and laundry facilities and a short walk to groceries, cafes, and all that hip north end stuff. Very musician-friendly, and probably better for a couple than two single folks but still great either way. Rent is $1050 all included (heat/hw/elec/cable/phone/wireless internet!) and I have seriously never had a better landlord in this city or any of the others I've ever called home. I can't stress the guy's awesomeness enough over the two years that we've been renting from him and therefore don't want to leave him in the lurch with no-one to take the place over when Peggy and I move out. Ther's a girl that sells meat at the Dorset Farm kiosk in the Farmers Market who was looking for a place. She had a sign looking for a place in this North End area.
